Night Wanderings

In the hours that I've been up since my Nyquil wore off I've prayed specifically for Danna, Molly, Kristi, Leanne, Christine, Sherry, and anyone else who might still be awake because of heartache, pregnancy, or fussy babies (or all of the above). Sigh.....it is actually pretty cool to have the time to pray for my friends, uninterrupted, for as long as I feel the need to. Now if only Jack would sleep the extra hours that I've been awake!

Oh well. Such is life being pregnant with a head cold. At least you girls know that someone out there was up with you and praying for you (if you were so unfortunate to be up).

I'm thinking that I will try to go back to sleep now--a futile attempt really since Jeff's alarm will start going off in less than an hour.

Thank you, Betty!
I actually slept last night for almost FIVE FULL HOURS in a row...it was wonderful...
That means I almost had 7 hours of sleep last night...
I haven't checked yet, but I might still officially be a human being again...
I read about your friend, Danna. I know all that heartache all too well... I will remember to pray for her also.
Give Grace a little "pat" for me!

Jack woke up at 7 am. Ugghhh! I turned the monitor off and tried to block him out, but he was yelling too loudly. The coffee is extra strong this morning.

Remember sweetie that extra strong coffee gives you extra strong contractions.

I love you kitten!

Thank you, Betty, for praying for me. We had a rough night last night. Looks like I am going to have to change my diet and go back to bland foods like I had to when I was pregnant. Caleb seems to have an extra sensitive tummy! I will be praying that you get some good sleep tonight! Take care.

I am so with you, Betty. I've been living on Dayquil and Nyquil the past week!! I pray God's blessings on the person that invented these magical drugs!!
I've been praying for you while I've been up with Matthew's feedings - who also, now has a cold!! Hang in there!! Lord knows, I'll be up a lot in the middle of the night for a while - God is giving me lots of those opportinities to pray for my sisters :o)

Thank you for praying, Betty -- nothing feels more like a hug than hearing you were really prayed for over the "I will pray for you" words we all mean so well but forget so often!
